SYNOPSIS
The story is set on the backdrop of Thrissur and here lives Thiruvambady Mathan (jagathy) who is into the elephant business and he is supported by his son Thiruvambady Thampan (jayaram). Despite the resistance from the family, the father-son duo are on one point and they are very successful. On the other hand, Thampan is in love with Anjali (haripriya), daughter of a temple priest (sree raman) and though many oppose, he kidnaps her and gets married. The story takes a turn when a situation leads Thampan to clash with the local MLA (kishore) and kill his brother.
