Synopsis
An old lady with small means needs to walk downhill from her home to bring water from a Panchayath well. Her hut is in desperate need of maintenance too. Prompted by a well wisher, she chooses to apply for government credit to retouch her shack and fabricate a well. In any case, degenerate officers continue denying her application since she has no cash for bribes.Finding out about this, her employer, resigned armed force colonel chooses to educate the officers a life-changing exercise.
